UV Offset Printing

In addition to absorbent surfaces, non-absorbent surfaces (PVC, PP, OPP, Metallized Coatings) can also be printed. On non-absorbent surfaces, the paint is sensitive to UV rays. For this reason, it is dried with special UV lamps in the intermediate and main dryers in the machine in a short time not to allow the spread of the points during printing so that the paint can be dried quickly and precisely. In addition to the paint drying ability, if the light transmittance is lower, more vivid shades are obtained and the jobs front and back sides can be printed without hesitation.

Offset Printing

These are the prints which are made by using offset paint to absorbent surfaces (paper). Afterwards, heat and drier powder are used to dry the paint. Works up to six colors are printed in a single shot, and polishing process can be made at the same time. More colorful and more detailed printings can be done with alcohol free printing system.
